Aonchorn, eamair agus seagal oidhreachta â 10,000 bliain d'arĂĄn i do ghairdĂn
Three grains that fed civilisation, now in one kit for your garden. This bundle includes seed packs of einkorn (Neolithic), emmer wheat (Bronze Age), and heritage rye (medieval) â enough to sow 15â20 square metres and produce grain for bread, porridge, and flour.
Each grain tolerates different conditions: einkorn for poor thin soils, emmer for heavier ground, rye for acidic and sandy land. Between them, they'll grow almost anywhere in Ireland without fertiliser or chemical inputs.
Full growing guides are included â from sowing through harvest, threshing, winnowing, and milling. Pair with our stone hand mill to go from garden to fresh flour in the same afternoon.
A meaningful gift for growers, bakers, history enthusiasts, and anyone interested in food sovereignty.
