Beatha beach a fhásann go tapa — bláthanna i 4 seachtaine amháin
Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) is one of the fastest plants from seed to flower — white blooms appear just 4–6 weeks after sowing, providing an emergency nectar source when little else is flowering.
Brilliant for filling gaps in the garden, smothering weeds, and attracting hoverflies and bees. Also an excellent green manure and the grains are edible (gluten-free). Certified organic seed.
