Meadow Restoration
For community projects, large gardens & allotments
Designed for larger projects — community gardens, Tidy Towns pollinator plots, school grounds, allotments, or estates with space to dedicate to biodiversity.
500g of our premium wildflower blend will cover 100–150 sq m (roughly the size of a tennis court). This is the pack that Tidy Towns committees and community groups choose for their pollinator gardens.
The species mix is designed for Irish conditions and provides continuous flowering from early spring through late autumn, ensuring pollinators always have access to nectar and pollen.
Bulk pricing makes this our best value option for larger areas.

Sowing Instructions
Prepare the area by removing existing vegetation — strimming, raking, and ideally rotavating if possible. The more bare soil exposed, the better the germination rate. Mix seeds with dry sand at a 4:1 ratio (sand to seed) for even coverage. Broadcast evenly across the area by hand or with a seed spreader. Roll or tread firmly to ensure seed-to-soil contact. Do not cover with soil. Water during dry spells in the first 6 weeks. In the first year, cut to 10cm height in mid-summer if annual weeds are competing strongly, then leave to flower. From year 2 onwards, cut once annually in late August/September and remove all cuttings.
