The oxeye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) is one of Ireland's most beloved wildflowers. Its large white-and-gold blooms appear from May to July, creating stunning drifts of colour in meadows and borders.

Surface sow — do not bury. Oxeye daisy seeds need light to germinate. Scatter on cleared, raked soil and press gently. Water lightly. Sow March–May or August–October. Germination takes 2–4 weeks.
