Not every garden gets full sun, and most wildflower mixes fail in shade. This one is different. Every species in this blend tolerates partial shade — under trees, along north-facing walls, beneath hedgerows, and in woodland clearings.
The mix includes primrose, foxglove, red campion, herb robert, wood avens, and other woodland-edge species that naturally thrive in dappled light. Expect slower establishment than sun-loving mixes, but a beautiful, naturalistic display that fills spaces most flowers can't.
Ideal for the shaded base of hedgerows — pair with our hedgerow margin sowing guide for best results.

Treoracha Cuir
Prepare soil by raking lightly — heavy cultivation is unnecessary in shade. Mix seed with sand (3:1) and scatter evenly. Press gently. Expect slower germination than sunny mixes. Autumn sowing (September–October) is preferred. Sow at 4–6g per sq m.
